Returns & Exchanges

We stand by our products and offer a 30-day return window (from delivery date) for most items.
Eligible Returns:
✅ Free returns for items that meet these criteria:
- New, uninstalled, unwashed, unworn, or unused.
- In original packaging with tags.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (e.g., wrong size/color).
- Try-on clothing over undergarments to maintain condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Free gifts, or items:
- Past the 30-day window.
- Washed, worn, or misused.
- Without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
After 30 days: Returns may incur a 15% usage fee + return shipping costs, or we may offer spare parts.
How to Return
- Submit a Request: Contact our Support Center with:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Get Approval: We’ll email an RMA form and return address within 48 hours.
- Ship Back: Send the item with tracking + RMA form.
- Refund/Exchange: Processed within 3 days of receiving your return.

Shipping Costs:
